Gratz to the winners

The judges here will need a little more time. Not least because one of our categories depends on the official competition winners. But also I am afarid it is a busy period for some judges.

We will do what we can and announce when we can. Keep checking

Yay! Congrats to all the winners It's so awesome seeing workshop people win! Btw, anyone else find it funny that the GW site linked Charlie's piece directly to his dA page as if they were like "No! You will not beat us this year with your flash pieces!"

Anyway, looking forward to seeing the workshop winners, too arenanet should have more winners, because there were so many more workshop entries that should have been on the GW site (minis for all!)!

Having checked the first post, I'm surprised you still let me in! o.o

Doubt to win anything with an incomplete piece though. >.< Really wish I could of finished, but life hates me getting things done.

Edit: Interesting, one of the winners for the costume contest category is a half-year old costume. *cough*

Not like that wasn't done before though...

Also: ROFLMAO XDDDD @ the video at the top.

Gratz everyone who won from the Workshop!

Seems like my secret plan on sending Thistle and her baby a charr plushie if I placed didn't come true, so couldn't surprise her... So glad you won!

Very glad to see many of my closer friends among the winners

*hugs Minami* you are so sweet for even thinking of doing that baby's first stuffed animal is going to be a classic teddy bear now since the charr plushies aren't for honorable mentions XD which is probably for the best since our family would have been like 'wtf is she cuddling?' otherwise XD

Congratulations everyone! That video that won grand prize was absolutely hilarious, deffinatly deserving. special congrats to penguin and charlie (even if he didnt enter the workshop) for first and second (second and third?). Very well deserved!

My favourite non-workshop entry is by far Jemima from the USA. Totally wicked.

Nothing for me, just means I'll need to be even more solid and confident for wintersday! Time to start cooking up ideas to get the very best I can

I know it's late for everything, but update on the whole bridge thing I was working on.

I must admit it was awful cool to recognize some of the winners. Glad I stopped in for this. Probably see you all next year. (hopefully for GW2 contest...)

I'll probably be gone till Sunday, when I'll post the pics from our whole setup.

Congrats to all the winners. I think the grand prizes were well-deserved. Nice to see someone else stepped it up with some 3D animation.

I must say, I laughed when I saw my name and country (even if the US is big enough for many thousands folks of the same name) on the winner listing. Since some folks knew I was going to try to submit something (but didn't know it was literature), I had to go "uh... no, I wish I had those skills." XD

Must say I love Grenth, Thorn, and Dhuum playing cards. By far my favorite non-workshop entry (other than the video).

I do agree with charlie, all the grand prize winners are deserved. That little animation made me laugh so much. Yay penguin, charlie and tzu and of course EVERYONE ELSE TOO they should award a community price for joint effort imo

Given the mysterious disappearance of Verene, I hope everyone will be a bit relaxed about this workshop. We are trying hard to cover for her but expecting her back every minute. Thanks everyone for your understanding and help.

Big big big compliments on that 3D-movie, that was amazingly done. All the others, congrats too! There were some truly great quality works in there.

XD Grats everyone, I knew I should have stuck with just a traditional drawing instead of a cake. Oh well, luckily I already have a charr plushie.

Gratz to all winners, great to see so many WorkShop winners among them ... one i realy missed though is the piece by Stouda :? i personally think it topped some other works of art on that winners page. But i assume Anet set themselves some catagories to display a slice of the best works amoungst the various styles of art that were send in, which to me makes it more fair (still think Stouda should have been in there somewhere though :P ) ...

So hmpf, atleast i got some practice outof this one (hadn't drawn since last years wintersday contest), and who knows what this workshop judging will bring me ^^ ... still though, instead of being disappointed i feel more compelled to do better in the wintersday contest... bring it on!

I would have hated to be a judge this year. So many great artworks

Grats to all of the winners, and great work to all who participated.
